5. Firmware Update

This chapter provides instructions for updating the MeasureReady™ M81-SSM Synchronous Source Measure System firmware. There are two options for updating the instruments firmware:

• Connect to the internet (recommended)

• Provide the update via USB drive

• 5.2. Manual Updates
